say that the 700e is cb0. how far will it o/c on the abit bx6-rev 2 MB?

(i konw you have to get the abit slotket!!! to get it work on it as well.)

I read scattered reports that indicate the BX6R2 is only good up to 124 Mhz FSB. AFAIK, the 700E isn't real enthused about more than 133 Mhz FSB. As I have neither of these items, I'm less than an authority about this!

I've had my 700e running at the 117 bus for a week at default voltage(1.65)without a hiccup. Am running RC5 24/7 no problem. Haven't tried for more yet( am waiting till I get better cooling )for a couple of reasons: 1.ram - I have pc100 Micron 8e- (is CAS2 which I've read will hit 133 but haven't tested) 2. Video - I have Diamond V770 Ultra AGP which I'm afraid might die at a sustained rate of 89 and 3. the aforementioned cooling - I'm still using the retail sink.

Well I got to 124 no problem but had lockups and registry errors at 133. Definately heat related, in the Bios at 933 after ten seconds it started going haywire, so will have to wait till I get my GOrb.
