PIII 1.26ghz cpu support?

I am running this processor in a ASUS TUSCL board right now, but it is full ATX. I am looking for a MATX board that will run this cpu, but having a hell of a time finding one.

From what Ive read, this may be a server cpu?

Any help is appreciated!

a P3 1.26ghz? i heard intel stopped cancled those back in the day due to heat issues. i doubt there where much mobo's around that "officially" supported that chip, let alone now...
