Piezo Speaker... What type is it?

I need to find a piezo replacement for the PC SPKR.

I am ordering from Mouser.com so there are alot of confusing choices... external drive, self drive, built-in, ect. I googled this on several occasions with out any luck, well except I found a dated mod guide to this replacement but the type of peizo was not clearly stated.

Any direction would be a help... even an online store that stocks them. I could just them a call or something.
