do people actually watch him?
do people actually watch him? even when he is arguing something i am for i want to punch him.
I don't. Only knew about it from a friend who suggested I watch this segment. He's an accurate representation of the progressives these days. He makes emotional arguments and disregards facts. Anyone who watches this drivel on a regular basis needs to turn off the TV and go outside or read a book cause you won't learn anything from this guy.
Then would it be fair make the same claim about conservatives that partake of Fox "News."
Deflect! How about you respond to the point? Typical leftist tactic
Lol..... you're great, kid...
\you have some on your leash.... not I...:biggrin::biggrin:
piers is basically to the left, as bill O'reilly is to the right...
however... this gun control thing is getting crazy.. i know nothing will really come of it.. it's more like a probe to see how ready the american public is for something like that TO HAPPEN... i'd say give it another 50 years.. the elite can sit on their collective asses for another 50 years, and then we can roll out 1 world united, call ourselves earthlings, and get on with the show..
i live in texas... and i gotta say, there's no damn cartel mexicans, trying to do anything i need protection with these weapons from..
they they are trying to do around here, is sell drugs... and that's only because we've made it a black market.. prohibition.. that's really the root of the problem..
Yet if a black market has grown around selling narcotics which have been prohibited by government than what will you believe will happen if government were to do the same to firearms as they have done to say pot?
I can image myself that a new businesses avenue would open up ASAP for these cartels to profit off the distributions and sales of black market firearms as they do with the distributions and sale of illegal drugs in the US.
no because there's not a demand for guns like there is for pot... i can think of like 20 people in my head that smoke pot... and like 1 who's a gun nutter..
there's a huge demand for guns. talk of AWB has sent orders flying through the roofs. manufacturers have sold between 6-12 months worth of supply in 2-3 months. backorders are absolutely massive.
the reason there isn't a huge blackmarket demand is because there are legal ways to obtain firearms. make that market illegal (like drugs) and you would almost be guaranteed to get a firearms black market akin to the drug one. (conversely i could definitely see the blackmarket dying if drugs were legalized)

There is a large demand among the criminal element in society. There is large demand among people who just want to defend their lives against this same criminal element. In fact it is why we have almost as many more guns than people in this nation to name a few reasons outside the scope of the original intent of the 2nd amendment which is to safe guard against government tyranny.
