Piece of crap stereo

We are having a hug party tomorrow night so we go a rent a stereo system. But the piece of crap won't play any cd's. It can tell that they are in there but it won't play any of them. Anybody have any clues. We have already bought a cd cleaning kit but that obvisously didn't work.

if everything goes well it will be

well the speakers aren't the problem because the radio works just fine it just won't play the cd's you click on play and it tries to read but it won't so it just skips to the next cd and just keeps doing that

Some CD players don't read burned CD's...if that's the source.

all of the cd's are legit they are actual cd's that have actually been paid for in store I know not many people do nowadays but I for one still do

try exchanging for a differnt one if there's time (like early mornin). or see if the connections are good from cd player to amps (if it's a sperate component system)

Now...don't you wish that you have purchase those extra portable cd player that buy.com and amazon had on sale for $30 bux or something. All you have to do is switch cd players, providing the the stereo system have a input jack.
