Everywhere is fine, but when i pull up my browser, whenever i load a page the pictures seem very fuzzy or blurry. As if it is not fully loading them. Is there a setting or something that I am missing? Thank you

Screenshots. How big are the pictures?

- If you mouse over the image, do you get a magnifying lense for a pointer? Click on the image.
- If you right click the image and select Properties and then copy the Address (URL) and then go back to IE and paste it into the address bar and hit enter/go, does the picture look normal? If not, try above one. Still not normal?

GO TO Internet Explorer...Tools....Internet Options....Advanced (Tab).... Underneath the multimedia settings: Make sure 'Smart Image Dithering' is Disabled. And I usually have 'Automatic Image resizing' disabled too.

Are you using a high-resolution monitor with a higher DPI? On a new laptop with a higher-DPI display, with the DPI set "properly" (to something like 120), I noticed that images looked very bad in IE. The unfortunate side-effect of setting the DPI lower to fix the images was that everything got smaller. I didn't get a chance to try Mozilla or Firefox, but it's very possible that they handle high DPI settings better.
