No pics atm, my camera is at home. Might be able to borrow one from the roommate though (he's napping, I'm not going to dig through his stuff). Yes it is running right now, it is just sitting here on the desk. It is louder than inside a case but not bad, the only thing I can hear still is the X1900XT stock fan 😛

Though a change is pending this week - Hauppauge PVR-350 will be replaced with a MyHD MDP-130.
No, no impressive wire management, just a few velcro wraps. Air gets where it's needed though.
And I'll put in a plug for these Enermax Marathon Enlobal 120mm Magnetic Bearing Fans, Model: UC-12EB. They don't push a whole big lot of air, but they are QUIET. The specs say 17dB, and I think that's accurate. I look forward to future designs with this kind of bearing. They say that the fan blades are removable, as the pic shows. Press against the back, and it should be a bit easier to pop out.

And before you ask, the Freezer 7 Pro is mounted that way because it doesn't fit (NB heatsink in the way) if I try to mount it with the fan facing the back of the case.

OK here are a couple pics my roommate took for me of my caseless PC. The fan that is on the little metal stand is to keep the vregs cool on the X1900XT.
