So I was bored and decided to finally take some pics of my HT setup....

Please ignore the quality of the pics I was in a hurry and couldn't hold still lol......

Information on HT setup

Infocus Screenplay 4805
Onkyo 780
Xbox 360
Panasonic DVD-Recorder

Couch, Fridge, and HT equipment......--Gmaw made the Blanket so I just have it hanging there... Couch legs come out and it reclines. Middle folds down into a table with drink holders.
Fridge and Couch again.
Computer Desk, Fish.....-The RR bank was a gift from a friend, they think that just because I work for the railroad I like trains ......
Behold the beauty that is the screen area.......Notice the friggin sweet coffee table I made LOL...
COD2-1COD2-2

Its my little home away from home 😛, go ahead and critique....

Other than that, you have a nice setup.

Heck yes, its nice to be able to just reach over grab a drink and keep watching/playing.

Nice. How's the xbox360 on the 4805?

SCCCCCCAAAAWEEEET! 😀

It looks a lot better than the pictures, I suck at holding a camera still in the dark to take a picture.

If you use the room with any amount of ambient light, a black border on your "screen" would make things looks better.

NICE!!!!! Does that work in the daytime, or with the lights on?

With the lights on you can watch some stuff. But I have stupid Flouresant lighting in the room right now. I plan on getting some low wattage bulbs to go in there though. During the daytime its not a problem. The windows are covered with curtains with a thick plastic liner on the back, and the curtains are thick anyway, You can tell a difference during the day and night but it is VERY watchable during the day, but night is the best.

Yea I plan on doing that eventually, but I plan move it into a new room. Its in a 12x14 room now, im moving my HT setup into my NEW HT room withen the next year hopefully. It is being built to be a HT room., gonna have all the wires ran through the wall, etc.... Theater stadium seating, an actual screen. Just HT stuff. no fishes, comp, etc... It is 20x30 ft aprox.

I can't wait for that 😛... Gonna upgrade all my equipment then also though 🙁 $$$$$ 🙁

My camera isn't too great at the low light shots either. I'm always disappointed how the pics turn out vs how it really looks.

You suck at resizing pictures to a normal size for the web.

What size are they? 1600x1200. Stop your whining thats what res. I had my camera set on, it goes down to 640x480 after that. I can't do 1024x768 or 800x600 in the camera. So you take what you can get. They display fine on my 2005FPW. And pics.bbzzdd is fast enough for them.

Most people do not display web pages in 1600x1200.

A good size for pictures would be around 800x600. Who cares what you can or can't do in the camera - resize them on your computer like a normal person.

Sure..I could post full size from my camera. Why don't I? Because they wouldn't even fit on your 2005FPW.

Mine wouldnt fit either full sized. I chose 1600x1200 because it was the next to the smallest option. 640x480 was too small. I resized the pictures in my FS thead however. Happy?

For this thread and the other I didn't feel like it. You are the only person who has complained. The pictures should resize themselves in your browser to fit your monitor anyway.

No, pictures should not resize themselves. That's a stupid option which I disable. Usually when a picture is that large there is a good reason for it being that large and I don't want it resized.

I'm not complaining, just pointing out that you suck at resizing.
