It's an A-OPEN AK75. Was solid until it started having power-on issues and lo and behold...bulging caps.

Nah that's just too much work. I just bought a new board. Besides there are probably other issues wth the board that may have caused the bulging caps.

your power supply might be your problem. I've had a PS kill two mobos before I figured it out. It was a pretty expensive Enermex also!
