Picture in Picture w/ Leadtek Tuner?

Does anyone know how to get the picture and picture function to work with the leadtek winfast tv2000 xp deluexe? When I press the button for it, it displays picture in picture on, but nothing happens.

I think you might need 2 tv cards.

i thought hte picture in picture was for the video input on the tv card?

I think the PIP is for a recorded video clip. So you might have to specify the name of the clip somewhere.

download the latest software and drivers off leadteks site. Then record something. when you stop it, it will start back up in the pip.

lnguyen is right. The way the Picture in Picture works is by first trying the time shifting and after you have recorded something it will play back, and when you press the Picture in Picture button, you will have one of the picture be the real time television and the other one be the video clip from time shifting.

It will also work if you open up a regular video in the PIP window.

I had thought the same until I realized it was for PIP'in (lol) recorded vs. live TV.. 🙂
