Anyone know how much it would cost to frame a picture that is about 16.5 inches wide by 11.5 inches high? Or is this maybe an easily found frame size that I could find at say Wal-Mart or something?

I don't need fancy frames, cheap wooden ones from Wal-Mart would be fine.
