Everyone can trip out about it being a Hummer, but according to the article, the Suzuki spun out and the Hummer hit it, so it seems the Suzuki driver is at fault. I feel bad for the driver of the Suzuki though, RIP

Secondly, that Suzuki looks like it got hit with a train. The entire structure failed miserably to protect anyone inside, especially considering the lack of damage to the Hummer. I could never drive that vehicle having seen these pictures.

Non-destroyed Ignis.

The driver of the Suzuki may have survived. It's amazing if he/she did considering the damage to the car.

According to some sources, the driver of Suzuki survived.
Be careful while driving.'

According to the most recent articles he did not.

Suzuki makes great motorcycles but their cars are absolute shit. There is no way I'd ever buy one.

Of course, there's no way I'd ever buy a Hummer either but then you already knew that. 😉

Wouldn't surprise me in the least. Like I said, they make great motorcycles but their cars are total shit. I can't believe anyone would buy one.

I think any small car would probably be certain death for you vs that hummer or any car of similar size. A few months ago there was an F250 truck vs a Corolla on the highway and the Toyota was smashed beyond recognition and the 2 people inside died on the spot. The driver of the F250 didn't have a scratch on him.

I'd never buy a small car, full size sedan is as small as I will go, or possibly a sports car like a Corvette.

A Corvette probably wouldn't fare much better against any of the behemoths grazing public roadways with clueless idiots at the helm these days though.

I also drive a fullsize sedan with my family on board.

When it's just me I ride a motorcycle and a bicycle sometimes. A Corvette probably wouldn't fare much better against that beast though.

Yea I used to ride my bicycle in the city and don't anymore. Got hit by a chick running a red a few years back and learned my lesson. That's why I'm pretty relucutant to drive my motorcycle around town in the future, but I guess I will have to be extra cautious this time around.

There should be a law that permits vehicles of a certain size on the road only, if they were all the same size it would be best. Unfortunetely we don't live in a perfect world and one idiot wants to sit higher/guzzle more gas than the next.

You forgot the part about penis size.

I'm beginning to think your heart really isn't in the SUV hate anymore. 😀

And this is why I drive a truck. I'd much rather be protected by my tank in ANY accident, regardless of fault.

He can't say penis size because he probably includes women in there. Basically everyone's an idiot as long as they are not conforming to his ideals.

the devastation is exaggerated due to the huge size disparity and dubious build quality. for a truly worst-case scenario, replace the suzuki with one of those chinese pieces of shit.
