Nah, its cause it is an infrared picture. There are two versions, one just plain multi-spectral and the other is both.

Wow really? I didnt know Infrared could be so detailed like that. It has an awesome effect.

quickbird is a nice little satellite with awesome resolution(<1 meter)......tis expensive though 🙁
