My favorite professional sport in the entire world is baseball. However, living in Portland, all I get is the crappy Portland Beavers minor league team. Even though they're the minor league team for the Twins who've won the world series, we still have a really really shiotty ballpark (before it was rebuilt) and an almost-respectable ball park after it was rebuilt.
However, comma space, since I'm in glorious PITTSBURGH, I'm going to a game. A major league game. Fvcking sweet. My second major league game of my favorite sport. The first was YEARS ago back before the concrete tomb called the Tacoma Dome was still standing. Awesome. How the hell could I forget where the hell I was and NOT somehow schedule in a game while I'm here? Jeez man somebody slap me silly and call me Susan.
Tonight, the Pirates host the San Francisco Giants.
Hell fvcking yes.
We got Infield Box Seats, Section 115, Row P, seats 3, 4, and 5.
Click here to see the park. If you scroll down on that page and click the ballpark layout, you'll see this page where you can see section 115. What you will also notice is that the view from section 115 is directly across from the opening at center field so I'll have a great view of the city (or so I'm told). I'm *so* going to fill up my 512MB memory stick with my digicam and waste so many batteries tonight.
We leave in less than 10 minutes. I can't wait!
