Fortunately, I bought this one in a state of near-completion. :)

hopefully the fence on the right side can be converted to a gate large enough for a car. lots of parking in the back next to the pool.

Wow nice, how much do places like that run in AZ? Also do people actually have grass, or is it all sand?

Dunno what it'd run in Tucson but I paid $140k. I have grass in the backyard behind the porch, but around the pool and fire pit/horseshoe pit area it's sand.

There is enough room on the fence by the garage for an RV gate, and enough space beside the garage for a lift. :)

Neighborhood isn't bad - the person next door introduced himself last night; he's a Jeep / off road / ham radio guy. Super quiet at night, and the house backs to a canal which will be nice for running.

@Jules - definitely! Let me know when and I'll try to get a guest room set up by then.

Bwahahaha this!

lmao. MR2 will live inside, truck can go wherever..one bay open for Cobras, Vipers, or whatever other snakes feel like dropping by. :p

Nice, congrats, looks like a pretty cool house.

Thanks. I've been looking for 3 years and this is by far my favorite of what I've found - very happy I was able to pick it up.

Canal is good for dumping bodies and burying old car batteries. Jealous. I have to drive around at night and leave them in other people's driveways a few towns over.
