I agree. I looks like it was put together backwards.

I actually didn't catch that until you guys said something. The hutch is actually a seperate part. This particular builder (Legends, actually built in Phoenix) has about 10 different styles of desks. It's entirely possible that they did ship the wrong hutch.

I'll take my camera in tomorrow and show it to the guys I bought it from and see if I should have got a hutch that is left aligned.

Is that piece of wood temp or is it always going to be there. (the one closest to you where your legs should be). Sorry for rippin on your desk, I was a bit harsh. BTW how much was it?

Nah, it's a temp part. There's a couple rails and some castors affixed to the bottom of it (that one where my legs would go included) that were there to help in moving it in. I had the movers keep it on so that I could move the desk around easier until I found where I wanted to move it. I still may move it into another room before it finds a permanent room. I'm living by myself and moving a couple hundred pound desk by myself without wheels would be a chore.
