thats what im leaning toward, also. i think kobe is too smart to rape someone. commit adultery, sure, but rape...hell no. why would he rape some stupid 19yo (not a kid, btw) and lose his life/career (not to mention the target he would be in prison), when he could have just about any woman he wants?? and reports from her friends/those who know her are split 50/50. some say she would lie about it, and some dont. many have said how excited she was that he was coming, couldnt wait to meet him, blah blah. why was she so excited about him coming? i doubt she is some die-hard basketball ball fan looking to discuss the ins and outs of the triangle offense. why would she go to his room, alone, if she wasnt wanting, expecting to have sex with him?
