I picked it up 2 days ago after waiting 6 weeks...but now its finally mine!!!! I love it, very good ride, a good amount of power, lots of room, but the stereo sucks @ss but oh well, I am picky bout that kinda stuff anyway.

at the long beach grand prix about two weeks ago, they had a matrix pace car that was damn fast and nice, then about twenty cars that went around the track with various people in them waving to the crowds. nice cars for the price. and it fits a lot of people also.

So you got the top of the line, 180hp 6-spd FWD model? Cool!

Do you feel the car lacking in the low-end? I have heard ppl said that engine really lacks in the celica, which is already lighter than the matrix...

I have not yet given it a full test of take off power yet, but I do notice a bit of a slouch when taking off, it is very speedy and takes off well from higher speeds...however my last car was a 4.6L V8 T-Bird so I dont know if its that or what.

No its red, the WB was a little off on my camera and it was super bright outside when i took these.
