***Pics*** New 1/8 scale buggy in action

Total cost would be around $1200 including radio. The guy has the track in his back yard just for fun and it's only 15 mins from my place.
No major damage, just a broken body. (Painting was a PITA, see the AZ flag theme?)

I had a great time!
😛

boy, did I ever love my r/c stuff. Haven't touch anything in years. got my model planes and stuff sitting in the garage 🙁

I loved building them. my favorite car ever was my Traxxas Rustler - cheap, super durable, fast, and cool. mmm...I should get back into the hobby again...

Good times, I'm running a T-max with most parts replaced and a Trinity Sirio .18 motor on it (hauls ass!)

My buddy has a Savage, we'll go every few weekends and run them around the local park, tons of fun, but the biggest issue is the $$ right now so we haven't been driving them as much.

Very nice. What engine do you have in it? I currently have a hopped up Savage running an Hyper 8 and a GS Storm Pro running an .21RG-X(P). I am looking to replace the GS Storm with the new Xray buggy as soon as I can find a buyer.

Just because I never had a car before I just threw in an OS .21 RG to start out with but the exhaust is a nice OS T-2050 race legal system. It was more than the engine alone  but even with the low-end motor it hauls serious a... Great low-end torque because of low timings in the engine.
The fuel is 20% nitro.

Nice pics, I've got an LST super truck and an E-maxx, too much fun!

my buddy has an e-maxx and a t-maxx. that e-maxx is the most powerful electric I've ever seen. so much torque it does wheelies if you punch it from park! sick sick sick 🙂

I used to do the r/c planes and cars. I got pissed with the r/c planes after my plane I was working on forever snapped its wings on its maiden voyage : (. So I went to r/c cars and that was tons of fun. I got a team associated truck and tc3 car. That was about 3 years ago and lately I have been thinking of picking up one of those team associated buggies, they get soo much air.

What happened? For $50 it can't be that serious. Usually a piston & liner is $65 and up, a rod is $30 and up.

cool.

I'd love a 1/8 buggy. Especially with a nice track like that.

All my gear and cars are sitting in parts out in the garage.
