.....was purchased by me new in 1972 and looked like this.
31 years and approximately 70 some odd motorcycles later, it lives again. You never forget your first🙂
My oldest son has shown himself worthy to ride. Most of the bikes he has grown up around are "radical" in one way or another so I let him decide how he wanted us to restore it. It was a father/son project all the way and I had as much fun doing this one as any I ever attempted.
I took a couple of pics in the front yard before he got a chance to high side it. I haven't been able to pry him off of it. He followed me around the field on it the entire rest of the harvest. I wish I was 8 years old again. These are large pics but I am on a 28.8 in the boonies so no whining.
