That was placed there by a moderator, not by NewPhone. There's a limit to the amount of patience moderators have with returning, banned multiple times members. He was banned for a reason, came back, was banned again, and again, and seemed to have the attitude "oh yeah, nothing you can do." Well, now when someone searches for Vic online, there it is. Potential employer digging up whatever they can online about a job applicant? There it is. Hopefully that serves as a warning to others.

(In case you couldn't figure it out from that sig, it's someone who kept spamming the forums.)
