There are 14 of us in training and I asked the class if any of them were forum members, I was the only one. I started working on them right away and think we will have some new members soon.

I always wondered...I know that they have a script that you have to follow, and certain answers to certain problems...but if you know a hack way thats easier can you tell the customer your way...or do you have to do it theirs?
