Atleast you get get on once and a while. I have not been able to use it in the past 2 weeks.

Had to use Google to find the post....

C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Right-click on it, Open With Notepad. Add a line like this:
123.456.789.012 [tab] pics.bbzzdd.com
Save and close, no extension.
