I finished the upgrade of the server tonight. Sorry about the downtime. Anyway the system should be a lot faster now. There was a misconfiguration on the old server's NIC that crippled the network connection. The new server is way faster processor-wise as well. I have a lot more disk space now so I will probably bump everyone?s storage limits up (once I figure out how to go about it). Feel free to send me any suggestions.

Edit: A suggestion, can we get a text box or something next to each picture and have the page automatically generate the UBB code. It would certainly simplify pic posting if we could just copy/paste the UBB code.

Or perhaps, have a checkbox next to each pic in our profile. Let the user select X number of pics, and have the page generate the UBB via a "Submit"-type button.

And I'm sure the link clickers here will appreciate the higher speed.

It would be easy enough to code that in JavaScript. I will have to talk to Sully about. Thanks for the suggestion.

 
I upped everyone's limit to 10MB. The system is stable now and should be up for good. Enjoy.

It was up and down all day. I was doing a lot of tweaking and rebooting. Everything is stable now.

Hey, since I both caught the mistake AND it was my idea in the first place, I think mine should be 10 GB. 😀
