I have a suggestion.

Create version 4.x

You know what worked well in 2.x, you know what doesn't work in 3.x, now you can create an even better site.

Version 4.0 is in the works and will be highly minimal. 4.0 will pretty much be what you see today, rewritten from scratch with a more modern look (the hard borders and thick fonts are looking very dated). The ease of use will remain the same, no crazy extra clicks. I will really start adding stuff in 4.1 and beyond.

You'll never satisfy ATOT. :p They want v2's speed, most of v3's features, and a few modifications, put into v4. :p

Since you rolled back to 2, could you add in more options than just Last 25 and Top 25 recent and Hall of Fame? It was fun to look back and view them per week, month, 6 months, etc. Also a page of 25 random would be neat as well.

I am working on 4.0. You'll be able to do whatever you want. Top from the last 423 days? Sure. Top 2 months. Whatever. There will be a batch to chose from and anyone can just save their own. Random is there too.

Do whatever is easier for you. I don't think I speak solely for myself when I say you are greatly appreciated.

But the old version was much easier for browsing the semi-pr0n.

yay for unclunkiness!!!!!
yay for one click pic loading
yay for a working back button

What exactly do you mean by "save their own" ? Like a "MyPics" like we have "MyForums" on AT ?

There will be a dropdown for galleries (like in 4). At the end of the list it will say 'create your own' then you get something like:

span [7] interval [Days]
save as [My Gallery]

the stuff in [] are drop downs and textboxes

then next time you do the gallery dropdown your search will be included on it (for you only).

if that made sense.

W00t!

Super fast, super usable. I've uploaded 3 more pics just today alone. The previous interface, while it was pretty and all, was too slow.

 to form following function.

Okay, how the hell do I look at an individual user's gallery? I like looking at rr54, rh71, neonerd and a few other's galleries. ;)

Crap, that got axed. I will get that back in ASAP.

Still don't see it.

This is a good oppotunity to see what is good and what's not. And of cause U'll only miss it when it's gone. So, this is a good chance to see what U did right. :)

And keep things simple is aaaaawwwwwwsome.

1. Turn off a lot of the stuff enabled right now in 3.xx. All the mouseovers, lots of the last-viewed stuff.
2. We could pretty up the interface of 2.xx and keep a lot of the stuff we shoulda put in right away, like the gallery view and marking stuff private.

Yes
