I would like to lodge a complaint about the free site that you are hosting at your own expense. We have come to expect a very high level of reliability from said site and expect it to perform this well at all time. This is at least the second time in the 5+ years that I have been using your site that it has had a problem. The fact that the issue was addressed and solved in such a short time shows that you were well aware of the problem.

If this is the kind of service you are going to provide, you might well want to rethink your plan. This is highly unacceptable.

bbzzdd has been experiencing some odd random delays lately too. It loads eventually after taking up to what feels like a whole minute of waiting.
