picking a new hdtv and need help

Haha, I've gotten used to it. It definitely seemed too big at first.

Sometimes we use it 3-4' away now lol.

It's all personal preference I suppose.

TBH when i put my 60 in the first thing i thought was "this was a mistake" it still looks huge in the space but its also amazing from 9-10 feet

Lol, sorry they didn't call the previous iteration "CCFL" when they were sitting on shelves. Go ahead and feel butthurt, doesn't bother me one bit 😉

Just using terms you'd see on the shelves as generally that is what someone can relate to when they need TV recommendations. If the question was different or came from a different source, I'd answer differently.

I felt the same way when I put the tv on the stand and turned it on. Now a couple days later I get home kick the recliner back and I love it. Im about 12 feet away with the 60inch and I dont think I could sit closer id have to move my head to see the whole picture

I sit about 12' away from my 70" TV (Vizio M-Series), and it still seems way too small for the area. It's actually fine where my chair is, but the chair is off to the side rather than viewing it straight on.

I just played cod ghosts on xbox one and now I can see how terrible the game really looks.

I was using a 42 inch before from the same distance so I really couldn't see all the detail from that far away. When I turned it on with the new tv I was pretty disappointed with the way it looked. I might have to get bf4 so I can appreciate some nice graphics
