Picked up an old eMac - OSX Question

I just picked up an eMac in prefect working order. It appears to be a 700 MHz PowerPC 7441 (G4), 128mb PC133 SDRAM, 17" Flat CRT with a DVD-ROM/CD-RW Combo drive.

It is running OSX 10.2 (Jaguar), however, it can run Panther and Tiger.

Are Panther or, preferably, Tiger, available to legally downloaded or do you have to buy them?

My Google search has been inconclusive and, generally, unsuccessful. All I can find for Tiger is the 10.4.11 update, but it requires a version of Tiger to already be installed.

Yea, you have to be careful, I know that around that time (not sure if they still even include reinstall media anymore...) they locked the installer to specific hardware. My MacBook's Tiger reinstall media could NOT be used on my friend's MacBook Pro.

OK, so Tiger will not work because it required 256mb RAM.

Now I am looking at Panther (only requires 128mb.

It was finishing installing Panther when I left this morning. I don't even remember what features came after Panther than I might miss. LOL.
