Pick the best sub-$4000 dollar server

Me and some friends each built 4000 dollar servers...here are the configs: Consider them, and then decide which would be the best/fastest server. Then vote in the poll. Being handbuilt, all 3 are prolly not as reliable as a brand-name one...but pick the best out of these 3

Note: All 3 configurations come close to 4000 dollars, so prices are nearly identical
The rules were:
Total price must be under 4000 dollars
Each server needed enough storage to run its operating system
Instant Rebates could be used for the parts
Optional things like CD drives are extra if you have leftover money

The best server would be the reliable one. Thats why you should get a Dell or Compaq.
