I need a 939 motherboard. My main concerns are reliability and low price. I will not be overclocking. I was going to buy a Chaintech VNF4, but the reviews on Newegg looked pretty bad.

My other parts are:
Antec P180
SeaSonic S12-500
X2 4400+
BFG 7800 GTX
Seagate 7200.8 250 MB hard drive
NEC 3550A
Lite-on DVD Rom
OCZ Platinum 2*1GB
Audigy 2 ZS
Z5500 Logitech speakers
 
From whay i gather from looking for my own board, Asus boards are the most stable, and aslong as you dont mind having no firewire, get teh Asus A8N-E...
