Aspire

Antec

Enermax

Maybe all those three choices stink....I don't know :( Its just kinda the price range I was looking at right now. Would like to keep it less than $75-80

Will be running a P4 2.4c on an IC7, 1 gig pc3200, three 120 gb seagates, and a 6800 NU

Thanks

Edit: Oh, and I forgot to mention I'll be juicing up my proc and hopefully running it around 3.0 ghz most of the time.

I dont think you could go wrong with either the Antec or Enermax selections...I'm not a big fan of Aspire power.

Do not go with an Aspire power supply as that is more of a generic brand for Power supplies. You can't really go wrong with either Antec or enermax, i'd just get the one that is cheaper.

There is a Enermax Noisetaker 485W for $76. That is a great deal.

But like waffles said, the Fortron 450W for $50 is a steal.

I have Antec Performance 1000 series case with Antec TruePower psu @ 450. It's been great. Antec's psu units are one of the best. Never used Enermax before, but hear good things about them.

I just bought an Antec TP2 480w and LOVE IT so far. It's much quieter than my old Antec SmartPower and has fixed the stability issues I was having. The cables are quite long and therefore made neat wiring a bit of a task in my mid-tower, but that's a minor problem specific to my installation.
