Pick me a motherboard

Well I have been out of the loop for awhile now. I am still running a P4 2.8 (478). I just started my new build, and it is time to pick a new motherboard. I need it to be Intel Core 2, and that is about it. I am looking to spend around $115. So please let me know what the best bang for the buck is. This will be my gaming rig but no overclocking for me. Thanks guys
