Be careful with these guys ... I ordered ESPN The Magazine from them in August & still no sign of it.

They may be fine overall, but it's been like pulling teeth gettting customer service, I've been promised a response three times & still don't know anything about my subscription. Sending an e-mail to their posted customer service address (custserv@netmagazines.com) gets you the following message:

User mailbox exceeds allowed size

Just got another one of those messages the other day. There's no way to reach a live person if you have a problem. The only thing you can do is use their on-line form to report an issue. Hopefully I'll have something good to report soon.

Caveat emptor.

I ordered Maxim in February 06, bitched I haven't gotten it in July 06, bitched again in November 06, and still haven't gotten my mags. Feb 07 will make a year and not a thing received and will continue to bitch to them till I get them, money back, or the fold.

Strangely though the PC Gamer I ordered in November has shown up finally. I emailed again and was told they re-ordered it again and I have 2 more weeks before the 8 week deadline they said I should start getting them. I personally will never order a thing from them no matter how good a deal it may sound. Waiting almost a year for one and still haven't gotten it has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
