Picasa picture editor replacement

My wife needs a software to replace picasa. It needs to be pretty simple and be able to do some minor editing. Cropping, red eye, blotch editing. Easy to use and not something intense .

Honestly, I am still loading up Picasa; it still works great & I haven't found anything I really like enough to replace it.. Softpedia has what I believe is the last version: (Picasa 3.9.141 Build 259)

Beyond that, if you don't mind working in the cloud, Google Photos is actually pretty good.

I use ACDSee for bulk processing and basic editing of individual files.

Do NOT pay 50 bucks for it. Wait for a sale, dig up some coupons, or find an older version on Amazon.

I don't use Picasa again, I used other Picasa alternatives to view images on my computer. They are intuitive to use and come with the basic editing features that I need.

Affinity Photo. Not as complicated as Photoshop. It is NOT free, though. It's $50.
