Fully Poseable Modern Army Figure
Interchangeable
"Snap-On, Stay-On" Accessories

Uhm ... "Modern Army" figure? What? Is this some sort of secret weapon being tested by the trops on Iraq? It must be ... it's hot down there ... lol

This version of Windmill was an exclusive figure that was made available in India by the Funskool toy company. It was produced in 2004, yet does not have any date stamp.

Windmill - India Version
Windmill - Domestic Version

What the hell were they thinking with that one?

What next? An Iron Chef figure with spatula flipping action?

Edit: Link Fixed

Another Edit: No, I am not some over the top GI Joe freak... This just threw me wayyy off, so I had to research it. They have some funky newer figures and have ruined the classics...

Yet Another Edit: I suck at the linking... 😱

I actually had the domestic version. 😱
He didn't have the windmill accessory, but he came with the chopper (like the 2nd link sez).
