I have access to some EPIC parallel port PIC programmer, but not the software for it. I tried a couple programs I found but couldn't get them to work... anyone know what software I need to use?

EPIC's official software seems to not be free. We supposedly have a Warp13 programmer somewhere but nobody seems to know where it is.

edit: I'm specifically trying to get a program onto a PIC16F877.
 
HardForum has an electronics hobby forum, maybe someone there might know. I only know how to program a basic stamp 😛
