Pic Aim Buddy List Problem.

I use win xp pro and everytime i do something with my aim + i get
this pop up add telling me i need to run the chkdsk utilty. can someone tell me how to run chkdsk, or is this another problem?

Bring up a DOS command window, and at the C prompt (or whatever your main HDD is) type in chkdsk
