So im calculating accerlation for two masses that operate in a 1 pulley system. its the basic

a= (m2*g)/m1+m2. Im my experiment i did the calculation but in the questions it now says "suppose the string has a mass of X.XX. Estimate the largest error in acceleration.

How can i calculate this?

add the mass of the string to your calculations.

Then take that answer subtract the old one and divide by the new one
