physics question

does me(mass of an electron)*c^2(speed of light squared)=0.5MeV?

i've tried to calculate this out so many times and it doesn't match the answer my professor gave us, can someone explain this to me?

9.1094E-31*c^2 = 8.187E-14

8.187E-14/1.60E-19 = .51 MeV

yea this is right. and its .511MeV i beleive that how all teh books list it
