10/10. Come on guys, these are all questions for ~15yr olds.

Shame on all of you who didn't know how to wire a plug. Hand in your man cards pronto.

BULL! We americans should be exempt from that question.

In the US, Red = + Black = -, 3rd color = ground (green or white are common)

OK, well that's fair enough I guess. However, it wouldn't be classed as +ve,-ve as it's AC current. Kinda weird that they chose red/black for that.... anyone know the history of cable colour choices in the UK and US?

I don't know the history, but even in the US red/black is not a requirement. Many times it is white/black or even blue/white. Sometimes the plugs seem to have no logical color scheme (usually if they were manufactured in a foreign country). Don't even get me started on the lack of DC color codes.

Wires aren't blue and brown, they are black and white (stupid brits)
Didn't use Newtons
Don't really care which kind of wave has the highest frequency or how smoke alarms work.

16/20 on the English Test.
19/20 on the Math Test.

9/10, but that was with a LOT of wag's!

'Course, it didn't help that after I got one wrong, here comes a question about how to wire a plug......with European standards!

Not bad for someone who never took physics in high school or college, tho! :D
