Physical specs of athlon xp's?

I have to do a 3d model on a real life object and I want to model an athlon xp but I need to know like the physical size of the processor itself...also specs on the core would help too...thanks...

I got reasonably close, how about an AthlonMP? http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/white_papers_and_tech_docs/24685.pdf and look at page 42 and following, where it has the nitty-gritty measurements you want. Sounds like a fun project, I might make one too
