Physical memory usage in WinXP

How to check physical memory usage in WinXP without installing any software? Is it check it in Task Manager? How?

There is a line called "System Cache", what is it?

Commit Charge: Total is how much total virtual memory is being used.

Commit Charge: Peak is how much peak memory usage for the session.

Of course, you can also see that in the status bar at the bottom of Task Manager.

It says "Mem Usage".
