physical memory dump

i randomly get this blue screen error:

page fault in non paged area
beginning dump of physical memory
physical memory dump complete

then i have to shut down computer and reboot.

i am running win2k

256mg ddr crucial
epox 8k78
1gig athlon
300w enlight ps
32mg cardexpert geforce2mx
linksys nic
linksys 4 port router
sblive value
liteon 16x burner
mitsumi floppy
wester digital 20gig 7200rpm ata100

i had bad ram be4 that would prevent my sys from posting. then i bought crucial ram. everything worked fine. then i upgraded my burner to the lite on. now i get that error randomly.

help please.

ok. i did a little reading. the mem dump is cauased by a setting in win2k startup and recovery. i unticked that option and cleared all the temp files. but still, what would be cuasing these bsod??
