physical memory dump???

what is this??
I am using win2000 pro. Thought it was my generic mem, but when I installed crucial 256meg ram I still have this problem. Any IDEA?

Usually this error occurs because of buggy device drivers, incompatible motherboard BIOS or conflict in the memory or IO of the device. Make sure you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard and the latest device drivers for Windows 2000.

Are you overclocking?

Describe the event that lead to this memory dump, maybe someone has a fix for the problem.

well I am overclocking alittle 75 mhz rather then 66, I have to latest bios for my mobo. I should look to see about my drivers..
