Need help
i purchased 2 256mb crucial pc2100 ram and a philips AE early this week. When i tried to reinstall W2k(after 4 setup disks and first enter windows for further setup), "physical memory dump" happened and setup was terminated. I switched back to 1 256 and the system booted fine. then i used the other ram and again, it booted fine. So, to check if it was a bad dimm slot, i moved the 256 to another slot and again... It worked. So, what's the problem here? Can I solve the problem changing the bios?
