phpMyAdmin/MySQL Error

I can't seem to find the databases I created on phpMyAdmin when I use the winsqladmin tool.
The error message I get on phpMyAdmin is

PMA Database ... not OK[ Documentation ]
General relation features Disabled

Can anyone help?
