phpBB Template Help | Need direction or reference

Everywhere that I go to look for phpBB templates only has coloring schemes. Where can I get actual, forum changing templates such as the one I described?

I would like it something like this:

[+] CH 302 - Lyon

Then when you click on it:

[-] CH 302 - Lyon
. . . (+) Homework
. . . (+) Exams
. . . (+) Study Groups

And once you click Homework or the (+) next to it:

[-] CH 302 - Lyon
. . . (-) Homework
. . . . . . . HW #1
. . . . . . . HW #2
. . . . . . . HW #3
. . . . . . . HW #4
. . . (+) Exams
. . . (+) Study Groups

And clicking on the HW#1 would take you to a board for HW#1 where users can make posts, reply, etc. Or, I can make the second hierarchy of links go directly to boards. So it would be more like this:

[-] CH 302 - Lyon
. . . HW #1
. . . HW #2
. . . HW #3
. . . HW #4
. . . Exam #1
. . . Exam #2
. . . Exam #3
. . . Final Exam
. . . Study Groups

How can I get this done?
