php_gd2 on windows

Anyone know how to get the extension working? I get the following error when starting apache when the gd2 extension is uncommented from php.ini (Apache 2.x, WinXP, PHP 4.3.x)

Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'D:\php\extensions\php_gd2.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found.
