php problems

I recently updated to service pack 2 on my computer and now when I try to download certain files I get a download for something along the lines of "download.php". I'm guessing that I'm missing some sort of plug-in?
 
Is there any permanent fix? I have this problem with some podcast downloads so it would be kinda a pain to have to rename every file...
