php/mysql book...i need one

I've used php some and mysql quite a bit. I've never had to put them together though really. I want to make a multi-user web based db app. A good book going into detail about how to handle authentitation, sessions, safe coding, etc would be great. http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/webdbapps/ looks like it might be a bit old, any other ideas?
